Obituary of Richard J. Brennan

Brennan, Richard J., of Babylon Village, LI, on January 25, 2018. Beloved husband of Patricia. Devoted father of Kenny (Ginger), Sharon, Jayne (Fred Barth) and Ron (Jackie). Cherished grandfather of Brian, Meghan, Kate, Matt, Scott and Nick and great grandfather of D.J., Jack, Luke, Michael and Caleb. Richard was a 50 year member of the Babylon Village Fire Department. He was also a longtime member of the Operating Engineers, Local # 138 and was a also a longtime member of the Babylon Rotary Club. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). A Funeral Service will be held Monday 12:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, LI. Visiting Sunday 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard’s name may be made to Babylon Rotary, PO Box 672, Babylon, NY 11702.
