DOBSON - James J., of Bay Shore, LI, on November 4, 2017. Former Superintendent of the Little Flower School District, Wading River, LI. Beloved husband of the late Jean Marie Dobson. Devoted father of James M. (Danielle) Dobson and Gregory Gerard (Suzette) Dobson. Cherished grandfather of JJ, Alexandria, Connor, Braydon and Quinn. Dear brother of Ronald Dobson, Jane Booton, Kevin Dobson, Brian Dobson, Mary Alice Giles and Dennis Dobson. Loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 Mile West of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, West Islip, LI, on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Bay Shore, LI.
