Devoted wife of the late Robert Lawrence Shank, Sr. Beloved mother of Robert Lawrence (Nancy) Shank, Jr., Teresa (John) Bligh, Donald (Victoria) Shank and Michael (Maria) Shank. Cherished grandmother of eleven. Loving great grandmother of one. Dear sister of Janie, Bob, Billy, Don and John. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 mile west of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's R.C. Church, East Islip, LI on Monday at 9:45 AM. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, LI. Visiting Monday 8:00 AM until 9:00 AM.
