Whitley – Carol A., of Islip Terrace, LI on October 19, 2017. Beloved wife of James C. Whitely for 53 years. Devoted mother of Karen & Walter Heller, Jr. and Stacy & the late Michael Kearns. Cherished grandmother of Anna & Sean Kearns. Former proprietor of Arbor Wine & Beer Making Supplies, Islip, LI.  Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 mile west of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Visitation Tuesday 2:00PM until 4:30PM and 7:00PM until 9:30PM and Wednesday 11:30AM until 12:30PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home Wednesday at 12:30PM. Cremation to follow privately. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Carol’s loving memory to the Arbor Day Foundation, www.arborday.org.
