Obituary of Gregory Gibson

GIBSON Gregory M., , of North Palm Beach and formerly of Brightwaters, New York, returned to the Lord on Saturday, October 14th, surrounded by his daughters Cammy, Judie and Denise. Former Mayor of the Village of Brightwaters, New York and Owner of Southampton Buick, Cadillac, he was always on the go and never one to slow down. Greg spent the last ten years volunteering at the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center working closely with the VA Hospice Palliative Care Program. In his later years, he worked assisting the elderly, specifically those experiencing difficulty with daily living. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made and sent to Children's Bereavement Program, Hospice Care Network, 14 Shore Lane, Bay Shore, NY 11706 in memory of Greg Gibson. Visitation to be held on Wednesday, October 18 from 3:00 to 6:00pm at the Howard Quattlebaum Funeral Center, located 754 US Hwy 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 19 at 9am at the First Presbyterian Church, 717 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408. Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Ptarick's R.C. Church, Bay Shore, LI, will be 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.
