Obituary

Phyllis A. Leone of Bohemia NY October 24, 2024. Beloved wife to Anthony Gerard Leone and Loving and Adoring mother to Jeannine Tristaino and Frank Tristaino. Dearest sister to Dianna Geis, Caroline Appice, Robert and Jaqui Leone, Michael and Karen Toscano and Kenny and Valerie Passante. The family will be receiving Family and Friends at Chapey’s Funeral Home located at 200 Main Street, East Islip NY between the hours of 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Sunday, 10.27.2024. Celebration of Phyllis’ life will be held at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, 10.28.2024 at 11:00 AM followed by burial services at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
