Obituary

A life-long New Yorker who was raised in Greenwich Village by Italian American parents, Virginia Valia Regnante was a proud wife, mother, and grandmother. Virginia dedicated her life to raising her family, a successful career in real estate, and advocating for the Breast Cancer Movement in the early 1990s. A self-educated trailblazer, Virginia leaves a beautiful legacy of devotion to her family and beloved Long Island community. She is survived by her loving children and their spouses, Louise, Jeanne, Adrienne, Theresa, Lisa, Ginger, Michael, Tom & Lisa, and terrific grandchildren Jack, Charles, Thomas, Isabella & Olivia.

In lieu of flowers, the Regnante Family has established The Virginia A. Regnante Memorial Fund through United Way of Long Island in support of the West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition for Long Island Inc.
