Obituary

John Cristalli (1934 – 2024) We regret to announce the passing of John Anthony Cristalli, 90, who passed away peacefully on September 26th, 2024, in Bay Shore. John was born on January 8th, 1934, in Brooklyn, New York. In 1956, after marrying the love of his life, John served in the army in South Korea before moving back to Brooklyn and starting his family. John loved spending time with his family, the Yankees, and watching reruns of Perry Mason. John was preceded in death by his wife Rose, survived by his two children John and Carmela, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A funeral service will be held at Chapey Funeral Home on Thursday October 3rd, 2024. A mass at St. Patrick’s Church at 9:45am with interment following directly after at St. Charles Cemetery will take place on Friday October 4th, 2024. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
