Obituary

Robert Magano, a devoted father, loving husband, and dedicated public servant, has passed away. Rob was a pillar of strength, courage, and compassion to all who knew him. He served his community with unwavering dedication as a volunteer firefighter with the Bethpage Fire Department and as the Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety in the Town of Oyster Bay. Rob is reunited with his precious daughter Claudette and is survived by his beloved wife Shannon, his cherished children Tessa, Natalie, Maria, Brian and Stephen, and his three grandchildren James, Madison, and Luciana. He is also survived by his loving parents, John and Rachel, and his devoted brothers, John and Ed. Rob’s legacy of service, dedication, and love will forever live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him. Rob, you are deeply missed and will never be forgotten.
