Obituary

James Joseph Kincaid Jr. (b.10/10/1946) of Tradition, Fla by way of Hauppauge and Coram,NY on 12/31/22. Devoted husband, father and grandfather . Survived by wife Sharon, children David Farber (Beth), Lauren McDonald (Patrick) and Michael Kincaid. Brother to Mary Louise Asaki, Grandfather to Gabriella Hope, Rian Patrick , Fitzgerald James, Drew David and Jackson James. Preceded by parents James Kincaid Sr and Claire Driscoll and brother Michael. US Army decorated Purple Heart, awarded Bronze Star 1st Infantry, 25th infantry Vietnam, (69-70)  Social Studies Assistant Principal, Teacher, Chairperson and Coach at William Cullen Bryant HS in Long Island City (1987-2011). James enjoyed cruising the world, with love for music and baseball. He will be missed dearly.  Visitation: Chapey West Islip:  Monday 1/9 4-7 pm Tuesday 1/10 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm Funeral Services to be Held: Chapey Funeral Home 1/11/23 @ 1pm immediately followed by procession at Pinelawn Garden Mausoleums.  The family of James Kincaid Jr wishes to extend sincerest thanks to Chapey Funeral Home- West Islip as well as Treasure Coast Hospice (Ft. Pierce, Fla) and their nurses.
