Scott – Mary L., (nee Gutmann) of Central Islip, LI, formerly on October 18, 2021. Beloved wife of Edward J. Scott. Devoted mother of Bill, Tracie (Dan) Brown and Jim. Cherished grandma of Dan Jr. and Allison. Loving sister of Jean, Janice and the late Ruth. Dear sister-in-law of Barbara. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 mile west of SS Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church, Islip Terrace, LI on Friday at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, LI Visiting Thursday 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM.
