Obituary

Josephine Moenius, of Bay Shore, NY. Passed away July 8, 2021 at the age of 101yrs. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 30, 1920. She was predeceased by her parents Angelalucia and John Avitto, her husband George Moenius & her son John Avitto. She is survived by 3 children; Wayne Moenius, George Moenius & Patricia Moenius. Josephine is survived by 6 grandchildren; Lisa Negron, John, David & Jeff Moenius, Chris Teel, Sharon Intravia & 6 great grandchildren; Leo, Jocelyn, Keira, Brandon, Dylan & Lexi. Josephine loved to travel, play bingo, crochet & going to the senior center and spending time with her children & grandchildren.
