McCormack, Mary Ann L. of Bay Shore, LI on April 29, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Martin Patrick McCormack. Devoted mother of Dr. Janice McCormack (Dr. Mitchell Oldshein) and Kerri Ann McCormack (James Percia). Cherished grandmother of Maxwell, Evan and Gabriel. Dear sister of Carol Ann (Ken) Butterfield. Fond sister in law of John McCormack (Rosemary) and Thomas McCormack (Marie). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 Mile West of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, East Islip, LI, on Monday at 9:45 AM. Entombment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, LI. Visitation Sunday 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
