Obituary

Paul J. De Luccio of Wantagh, passed away on November 24, 2020, at age 92 from COVID-19. Born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, Paul was a devoted husband to Marie for 67 years. Loving father to Loraine (Glenn) Pfeffer, Susan (Frank) Brown, and Frank (Laura) De Luccio. Cherished grandfather to Glenn Jr., Kevin, Matthew, Martina, and Mazie. Caring brother to Marion (Sonny) Cinque and adored by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.   Paul was a WWII Army Veteran who served in the Pacific Arena and later became a Civil Engineer for the City of NY. He retired from the City and began working as an Estimator for DeMatteis Construction in Elmont. Paul was actively involved with the St. Francis De Chantel Knights of Columbus. Paul loved life and loved people, always ready to get together with family and friends.   Paul is predeceased by his parents Frank and Mazie De Luccio, his sister and brother-in-law Catherine and Anthony Giambalvo, and his nephew Gary Giambalvo.
